How pre-orders & sourcing work
We import quality outdoor gear directly. That means alongside what's in stock, we can bring in more for you, often gear you won't find elsewhere in New Zealand.
In stock
Most products are in stock and ship or are ready for pickup within 1-2 business days, as normal.
Pre-order (pay now to reserve)
Some out-of-stock items can be pre-ordered. You pay now to reserve yours, and we include it in our next shipment. Each pre-order product shows an indicative lead time (for example, "Ships in 4-6 weeks"). These dates are estimates, not guarantees, they depend on shipping. If a pre-order is going to take materially longer than indicated, you're welcome to cancel for a full refund.
Sourced to order / enquire
For items we don't normally stock, hit Enquire on the product, tell us how many you need, and we'll come back with pricing and timing by email. There's no payment and no obligation until you say yes.
Your protections
Pre-ordered and sourced items are still covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act if they arrive faulty or not as described. See Returns & Refunds.
