Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act

If something you buy from MC Bear is faulty, not as described, or not fit for its purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. These rights cannot be taken away, and apply regardless of any other policy below.

Change of mind

We want you to love your gear. If you change your mind, you can return an unused item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery or pickup for a refund or exchange. Please keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.

Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at the customer's cost.
Items must be unused, with tags and packaging intact.
For hygiene reasons, some items cannot be returned once opened.
Pre-order and specially-sourced items (brought in to order from our suppliers) are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, but your Consumer Guarantees Act rights still apply if they arrive faulty.

Email info@mcbear.co.nz with your order number and what you'd like to return. We'll reply with the next steps.

Refunds

Approved refunds are made to your original payment method, usually within 5 business days of us receiving the returned item.
